Small Business Roundtable: Employee Management with a Lean HR and a Promoting a Productive Workplace

Small Business Majority, a national nonprofit, in partnership with the Rogers Park Business Alliance is hosting a focus group discussion for small business owners to share their views on employee management. Small business owner input is needed to inform how agencies and small business assistance centers can best support small firms with a lean or no HR department.

In response to the nationwide #MeToo concerns, guest speaker Rachel Johnson from the Coalition Against Workplace Sexual Violence will also lead an interactive discussion with attendees on how small business owners can be leaders to create a secure and productive small business workplace.

The first four registrants who participate in the focus group will receive $50 value Amazon gift card. This event is limited to established small business owners with employees (full and/or part-time).

This event is supported by the Chicagoland Workforce Funder Alliance.
